We bought a King size mattress and box springs. They were delivered on Monday, July 10, 2023. One of the box springs has a rip in it so I told the delivery guys (before they brought the mattress upstairs) I didn’t want to accept the delivery due to the rip (I had problems with our sectional arriving damaged and it took months to get it resolved). They were just going to put the mattress on it and not tell me about the rip. Yes, it’s noticeable because the top cover that was cut is black and the inside is white. One of the guys called a manager and they promised if I kept it they would exchange the box spring on Wednesday, July 12, 2023. I agreed only if they were positive they would exchange the damaged box spring on Wednesday. The delivery guy promised and said he would be the one coming back so we set it for Wednesday between 2 and 4pm. Wednesday morning at 8am 2 guys (not the previous delivery guy) shows up but I wasn’t home so I talked to him through my doorbell video and said they were suppose to come between 2 and 4pm. He said oh that’s right. I forgot so I’ll come back. Then around 11am I get a call from Ron Ferguson (our sales person) saying that he was just told about our box spring and that no one will be coming back to exchange today. He said he would figure something out and call me back. I sat home all day waiting for the delivery and/or a call back from Ron and received neither. Three hours later I called Ron for an update which his response was that he has left two calls for the owner and hasn’t gotten a reply back. I told him that since I was lied to by the delivery guy (since Ron said he’s the manager so he’s not sure what manager they would have called), that I wanted to just return it. I have company coming and that set was for our guest room so I needed it resolved ASAP which I would tell that wasn’t going to happen. He said since I accepted the delivery I can’t return it. That was never told to us when we purchased it nor did the delivery guys mention it. Now it’s July 13,
