Employees were knowledgable and very helpful and pleasant. Purchased a mattress and was unhappy with how firm it ended up being. Thanks to their wonderful return policy was able to get a different mattress. Would highly recommend Snuggy's Mattress Express tore for your mattress and pillow needs.
