I bought a 500 dollar couch that folded out into a bed for my guest room. The salesperson Joe was wonderful to work with, but when I got it in my house and actually slept on it, it was tremendously uncomfortable--even with a mattress pad on it. I called today to see if I could return it for store credit and the manager said all sales are final. He told me that once it is out of its original packaging--which would be every piece of furniture on the showroom floor--Snow's can't take it back because they don't sell used furniture. So, I'm out 500 dollars and Snow's lost the chance to have me and my family as returning customers. Awful customer service and unwise business practices, in my opinion.
