We bought a mattress here and were told it won’t get ruts but if for some crazy reason it does give us a call and we will return/exchange it for you. Fast forward ahead later and $1400 and we have a mattress that feels like my husband and I are sleeping on slopes! Contacted slumberland they came out and measured the ruts and we were informed after a month of waiting to hear back that the ruts weren’t deep enough. Keep in mind they are measured when you aren’t laying in the bed. Ruts get quite a bit deeper when weight is added to them. They told us there is nothing they can do. So save yourself hassle backaches and money and buy a quality mattress from a company who stands behind their product! Slumberland is not that place!
