Customer service is like getting water from a stone. My mattress calapsed in less than six (6) month and they would not warrantee it. After weeks of arguing I secured a full refund. It's been three weeks since they took the mattress back and I have not received my money yet. Run. Don't walk away Sleepys. Go to your local family owned store.
