When I first walked into the store Tom who introduced himself to me and asked me what I was looking for, so I told him I was looking for a new queen sized mattress. Tom then asked what kind of mattress I wanted and he explained the difference between the different quality of the mattresses such as ones which had coils and were hybrid or foam, Tom asked me to try a certain mattress and after that we tried a few others. Tom was very helpful and kept my price range in consideration. He also took some mattresses from the side of the store to show me some extra ones for my selection. I was very impressed with his help and knowledge. I ended up buying a great mattress for myself.
