i purchased a bed and paid in full at the store.....
No balance was due as it stated on my receipt, when the driver shows up he says i have a COD...

my receipt say 0 balance
drivers receipt say i owe 800 more.

I call Customer service and they say that i owe 800 more and that they should have never sold me that mattress at that price and i owe the balance..

i call store and salesman says dont worry the invoice you have says 0 Balance, he says pay the balance and my District Manager will get the credit 0f 800..

i go to store the next day and salesman Rich Monteleone says my Manager cant do anything sorry.. WHAT A NIGHTMARE

be very careful when shopping at Sleepys
