I thought i could trust a name brand like Simmons Beautyrest. It felt great in the store so we spent over $1000. For the first few months it was great at home. But then it lost all doesn't support weight at all! (And my wife and I are thin.) Dealing with customer support to try to get a warranty claim was a horrible experience.
Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

My wife and I had the exact same experience with a Simmons Beautyrest that we purchased in WA state. Great in the store, good night sleep for a few months, and now nothing but back problems and sore shoulders. Simmons was no help on the warranty claim. They stated that the mattress was just conforming to the shape of our bodies.

It sounds like your problem is with simmons and not sleepys. Sleepys is a retailor, not a manufacturor.
