I had an excellent experience at the Mattress Firm store in Hackettstown, NJ. I spoke with Kim Lally and she was very helpful and informative about all the mattresses in store. Kim is very pleasant and she helped me out a lot in figuring out which mattress would be suitable for me. Thank you Kim!!!
