We had a great experience working with Javil at the MattressFirm in East Longmeadow MA. He made the whole process so easy for us. He is very professional and clearly loves his job. He was very knowledgeable. He gave us options but did not try and talk us into buying something we did not want. The new mattress was delivered the next day. Could not ask for better service and the mattress was such a good deal for excellent quality. Would not hesitate to shop there in the future.
