Mr. B asked me what I was looking for. He took me around the store to try out several mattresses. He encouraged me to take my time in comparing mattresses that I like. When my son and I were consulting about the mattresses, Mr. B walked a few feet away to give us privacy in talking. Mr. B answered all my questions on different mattresses and always had a smile on his face. He never pushed us in buying and gave us a lot of time to make our decision. He was a good salesman.
