We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm in Brick. Diane was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly went above and beyond. Over the course of a couple weeks, she helped guide us through our options and really listened to what we needed. We even made it a point to come back on a day she was working to make our final purchase of the Black Beautyrest and an adjustable frame. Delivery was quick smooth, just two days later. Overall, an outstanding experience thanks to Diane’s exceptional service.
