We purchased two mattresses this past Sunday at your shop in Howland, Ohio. The salesman was excellent! Your delivery was excellent as were the two delivery men. Your prices seemed fair. Will recommend this store to all who will listen. Also, I was in retail for 45 years prior to my retirement, so I know a thing or two about customer service. I would rate it a 10 out of 10!
