They sell themselves as a family-owned small business but their customer service is worse than any big chain store. My mattress lasted 6 months before it was junk, and not only are they not replacing it at no cost to me, it took me MONTHS of constant phone calls just to get an answer. Easily my most disappointing purchase ever. I haven't even finished paying for my bed, and it is useless to me.
