My husband and I had to bring our 4 month old and almost 2 year old to find a mattress. The 2 year old was running around (not getting into stuff, just running) being a toddler with my husband chasing her. Once she got tired the real “fun” began. Greg was so patient dealing with us while she was being loud and mad we wouldn’t let her down again. Then she threw up (medical issues. She wasn’t sick) and he was quick to get paper towels so I could get her cleaned up. If we had a choice we wouldn’t have brought them but I was thankful we had such a patient salesman.
As far as sales go, I was in sales for several years as well as a former employee of this store. Greg was knowledgeable and my favorite is if he didn’t know an answer he looked it up instead of feeding me some answer to get the sale. He calculated each of the 3 beds and sold up effortlessly. We spent more than we anticipated, but he definitely sold us on value.
We are very excited for our purchase!
