Sleeping like a dream even after 8 years! Mattress configuration in person while at the store. Can test the configuration based on need while laying down on it while there. If it needs adjusting layers are then moved around until you feel great and then order is placed. LOVE the company. So many bed frames, pillows, mattress toppers to try out before purchasing.
