I would NOT recommend buying a mattress from this company. The customer experience was horrible. The owner of the business was extremely rude and condescending as we were trying to work out an issue. I usually dont post reviews but felt compelled to warn buyers of how awful this experience was and to consider going to their competitors across to the street who are pleasant and will work with any of your concerns. Im surprised small business owners dont treat their customers with more respect as social media may not work in their favor. Buyers beware and consider any other place to find a mattress!!!!

Sydney, you need to work things out with BF he’s the one that bought the mattress and he requested Not to exchange it because he loves the bed…cussing and screaming doesn’t solve anything.
