We went there to ask a question about the matress bed in a box. I wanted my partner to hear from a professional about that particular bed. He explained it to us in very simple terms. We understood it completely. Then he showed us around the showroom and explained in great detail the matresses that we showed interest in. Then we had time to look and decide for ourselves while he took care of another customer. He then came back to us and we had picked out a matress that we had not looked at with him before, so he explained it to us how it was built for support. Erik is very knowledgeable about the matresses and knows his business quite well. When we went to the desk to do the paper work he was very personable and professional as well. I enjoyed my experience of buying a matress at Sleep Zone and will return. Tom Applegate
