I was extremely happy with the service and quality at Sleep World when I bought a high quality mattress and a complete bedroom set last August. Now, a year later, I called to ask about replacing the small part that supports the center of the bed to keep it from bowing (ours had bent). I was so grateful for the kind and generous service, which included replacing the small bent part with a new one that is thicker and will hold up better. The merchandise is of good quality, and that combined with the service here makes Sleep World a store we always recommend to friends and family.
