We had great service prior to the sale and great delivery of the bed. Within a few days we realized the bed slept HOT and tried to talk to the store - they just gave us the run around. Now we're stuck with a HOT sleeping Restore Posh+Lavish bed...and summer's coming. : ( Would not recommend this store with it's no return policy.
