We were told we had a warranty on our mattresses they lied. I spent $1900 on queen size mattresses that were supposed to have titanium rods. It's been less than two years and you and feel and hear the SPRINGS! I was told my warranty is void even if I have a pen mark. I will never buy a product from them again. I will also make sure my friends and family do not purchase either!!!!
