i was really hesitant to spend so much money on a bed, so i went back a few times and kept trying out the bed i eventually bought. i was worried that it wouldn't get worn in and would be too stiff or it would get too worn in and be too soft. it's so hard to tell from a floor model. the sales person was really patient with me and all my questions and helped steer me to the right bed. i also kept going back and forth between sleep train and 1800mattress a few blocks down. in speaking to salespeople in both stores, the sleep train guy was less salespitchy and more helpful.
