My sales person was extremely patient with me and knowledgable about his products. He was well trained.
I confided in him about how important a good mattress is to me due to my back issues. He didn't steer me away from my purchase, and why would he, but I wish he would have.
After I made my purchase, before the delivery, I did some research and started to question my choice. I went in and spoke to the manager about that. He reassured me I was making a good choice.
The delivery was so stressful. I told the salesperson I had a waterbed that needing hauling away. (I emptied it first, of course.) But when the delivery people called, they refused to haul away. A salesperson from the store had to bring her car to my home for the delivery people to put the bed in. And they were rude about it. It was like the delivery people and sales people worked for two different companies and liked screwing with each other. But in the end, I'm the one who got screwed as, seriously, the delivery became its own little nightmare.
