Bought mattress in '04. When we got it we felt like it wasn't the same quality as what we tried in store, like they gave us a flawed version of what we paid for. When we sat on the edge of the bed at the bottom, the entire edge sagged. We had them come out and they said it was normal. we bought a BeautyRest. We love the mattress softness, just always felt that what we received wasn't what we paid for. Now less than the 10yrs that are covered by warranty, a spring is poking out of the top of the mattress!! We called and they said if there is any mark/stain anywhere on the mattress, they won't cover it. How does a stain on one side of mattress cause a spring to poke out on the other side? We've been duped!
