Don't fall for their Customer service pitch. We purchased a mattress that we didn't like and tried to return during the 100 day satisfaction period. Finally, after some difficulty, they finally allowed the return for another mattress. Buyer beware though, the second mattress does not come with the same 100 day comfort guarantee and, in fact, the mattress that was delivered as the replacement had no wrapping or tags and I suspect was a mattress that was returned by another customer. That mattress already had body impressions in it and we are not allowed to return it. It is also not covered under Stearns & Fosters supposed 10 yr guarantee. I guess I shouldn't expect an $1800 mattress to last more than 6 months. Attempts at resolving this matter with Sleep Train Cust. Serv. were a joke. They refuse to stand by the mfr. warranty.
