Purchased a mattress and slept on it woke up with back pain. On website it states 60 night guarantee. I posted a message on website they responded with a text that stated to contact my salesperson . My salesperson was unavailable by the phone number given. When I called back I was transferred to another salesperson at that store. I stated my complaint she stated that even though I purchased a mattress pad there was nothing I can do to exchange mattress to a firmer one. I stated “ So I am basically stuck with a mattress that gives me pain and I can’t sleep on “ she stated yes and told me to put it in another room . When I stated that I basically wasted my money . She hung up on me . I have learned a valuable lesson. Very disappointed.
