Mattress is great. Chris was great. Delivery was great. We were however not pleased with the pillow and were not allowed to swap it. Also, a mattress cover we purchased we decided we did not need. Less than 24hrs after delivery, unopened and untouched, we were not allowed to return this. Simply put, companies like Amazon will take you over some day with promises of “satisfaction guaranteed”. Everything overall was great except we weren’t allowed to make a swap or exchange 1 business day after delivery. Next expensive bedding/pillow purchase will be made elsewhere due to exchange policy.
