1st let me start off saying the people that work there are Pleasant nice nasty they have decent looking furniture not the best looking though my only concern is my Warranty for my furniture I know for a fact I have been asking about my warranty for over a year an no progress yet now I have SCREWS coming out of my furniture they always say well we will get back with you here it is a year later an nothing has been done I just want my furniture fix as the warranty grants me that’s why I paid for the warranty if any problems comes about but what I don’t understand is why can’t I get my warranty as granted why is it a hassle this makes you not want to come back to them an use their business again an crazy old me was really concerning buying more furniture from them but I think NOT I can’t even get my warranty granted which is a 10 yr warranty so why would I buy anything else
