I bought a mattress from this place less than 4 weeks ago. After sleeping in it for two weeks I noticed that the mattress started to buckle. When I say buckle I mean that when I got out of the bed there was an inch indentation still left in the mattress. I called the store to complain and spoke to Abe who basically told me that this is what I should expect for the amount of money that I paid. I don't expect any brand new mattress to buckle after sleeping on it for just two weeks. That is totally unacceptable. They refused to refund my money but offered to swap the mattress for another one however, he was quick to advise me that I would have the same problem even if I swapped it for another one of equal value. If this place cannot sell quality mattresses at affordable prices then they should be selling them at all. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PATHETIC PLACE. and if you're reading this review I hope you will take my advice.

    Hi Charles,

The sagging could be the result of insufficient bed support. Couple quick things to check are A)do you have center support underneath? B)Are you re-using an old box spring?

If you have at least 3 legs under the middle of the mattress and the matching foundation, it's not what you should expect and that mattress is not holding up. You can try the manufacturer of your mattress for warranty coverage. If you didn't buy the matching foundation to go with it, try putting your mattress directly on the floor to see if the impression gets better or goes away.
