I take time to write reviews especially when I have a good experience with a business.
These folks were glad to spend time with me and I got just what I wanted at a great price!
That other review makes no sense to me, if they knew it was a used set that they bought, then what did they expect? I have nothing but good things to say.

Funny your review makes no sense to me at all. Just because one person has a good experience at this company does not mean that it is offering good or even okay customer service. I think the customer service is very poor at this company maybe I just had a very bad experience but no one was willing to work with me and that is the real issue so buyer beware.
