I am realizing that I was sold a used mattress. I was told it was a $2000 mattress set and I got or for hundreds of dollars less. I was told that it was a customer returned mattress set. When I spoke with someone from sleep one I am now being told that I have no warranty and it was a mattress that a customer did not like and it was used by that customer and I am now stuck with it. It looks as if I am now victim to the sleep one company. By the way the owner is a real piece of work. I think he needs to remember without customer he would not have a store or a place of business bit he does not care.

I had an excellent experience with this store, and the knowledge of the salesperson and care in helping me find the correct mattress was especially impressive. I am assuming by the grammatical errors in your complaint that you simply did not read the paperwork you signed.

I purchased a new top of the line Tempurpedic from Sleep one. TWO different salesmen in the south KC store stated that in the comfort guarantee that they would not refund money but would give us store credit if we returned the bed for a lesser one. We are now taking them up on their word, but as it stands, the salesmen lied and now we are going to take a 700 dollar bath because the salesmen lied. IT IS IMPORTANT TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE. When confronted about the exchange, the salesman sated that they never said that and we should have got it in writing. I did not know that I have to get a salesman's lie it writing. When asking for the company OWNER, NO store would give it out. There is a moral issue with this company. I am going to make sure that everyone knows that this company is not to be trusted. Ethics seem to be lacking in this company.

Have had 3 bad experiences with sleep one products. Expensive and poor quality. Salesmen do lie and become belligerent when confronted. Do not want to make good on warranties. When they do you get an even cheaper quality mattress. Will not buy another from Sleep One
