Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever received. They gave me the wrong size mattress. I took it back in the plastic to return 2 days later. I've been waiting on my refund for a month. Every time I call they act like they don't know who I am (both Josh the manager and Roy) and then act all surprised that I haven't gotten my refund. They promise to call me back right away then guess what? NO ONE CALLS ME BACK. Then I have to call again and we go through the SAME EXACT SITUATION. I've called the Mountain Home store twice leaving detailed messages for the District Manager and you guessed it! He won't call me back either. Save yourself the aggravation of getting screwed over. Shop somewhere else.
