Salesman was very nice. Suggested this mattress above all others because my husband likes a firm mattress and his back hurts. I trusted his opinion. Mattress sunk where I slept after a week. He suggested new slats and box springs bought both. Rotated it and was checked to make sure it was level by salesman and delivery man. It was terrible either way a big hump in the middle he finally unhappily replaced it. Same situation all over again. Spent about $2500 total. 20 yr warranty 10/10 DOES NOT COVER THIS SITUATION. THIS IS NOT RIGHT TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY AND GET AWAY WITN IT.
