Nathaniel greeted my wife and I and explained the advantage of having a comfortable mattress, which would provide a good night's sleep. He showed us several mattresses and let us try them to determine if we preferred soft/medium/firm. We made a buying decision after really not visiting the store to purchase that day. I'm sure we could have found a comfortable mattress at a number of stores, but Nate made the difference.
