When you buy a mattress set they give you a very nice free pillow. On two occasions I tried to purchase this pillow only to be sold a substitute. The first did not give support and the second too much. I a
Have a cervical disability so getting it right is paramount. At both times I had the style number and was assured this was the pillow only to discover after I took it home, no return on pillows, and broke it down found all the mfg labels and rn numbers that in fact I did not have the original style.
Do not shop in this store they are liars.
Also. If you buy a gel mattress and you use a heating pad it will develop sink holes. It doesn’t matter where you buy the bed. Don’t buy a gel mattress I’ve been through three. Art Van was by far the nicest people to deal with. They got me out of the gel mattress and into a standard high quality mattress that I can use with heat. It was a learning experience for them too. Now we’re going to attack pillows.
