Sales people were great. Warehouse contacts were a disaster. Two weeks and still waiting for all of the pieces of my new bed. The adjustable platform was delivered with no legs. While this was remidied the same day, I remain without the support bar that prevents the mattress from sliding off the bottom of the platform. Warehouse supervisor was unhelpful and was ok with me sleeping on the floor until pieces could be found. The delivery staff returned to the warehouse and found legs for the bed. This was very disappointing. I am still waiting to have a complete bed.
