Very poor post customer service. The sales was a great experience (usually is) but the deliver and after sale customers service is invisible. Paid extra for Green delivery. Guy show up demand money so t speak very good English goes trampling up my stairs with no booties (apparently booties are mandatory as per service I paid for) dirty boots and to top that off he cuts his finger and leaves his DNA (blood) on my 5000.00 + mattress called store told me to call CS hung up on 2. Call store back speak to manager (also person that sold me). Zero compassion or empathy. Based on his interaction sound like it’s normal. Said he would call me back beefier 5 now 548 and nothing. Brutal brutal customer service. Beware.
