Sales person was a jerk! I loved the mattress we picked out in the store and paid for, however I realized the first night it wasn't the same mattress we chose. When I cld the next day the salesman said too bad so sad. (This is why the delivery people practically ran out the door! ) The memory foam gave hubby and I major back pain and unbelievable night sweats! They have no guarantee like they state! Switched mattress with problems! I will never shop there again...waste of $3000. !

As a person with fibromyalgia we went to sleep country, they are a mattress store after all. Wouldn't you expect good, honest, knowledgable sales people well trained in their products? Obviously not! We bought a matress in March and had to switch. As per policy they did switch but the mattress recommended by the salesperson is a piece of badly engineered and constructed junk. Hard ridges and degraded deep depressions at both head and foot of the mattress mean that my back and neck muscles are twisted every which way. A good restorative sleep is impossible and I'm lucky if I can get 5 or 6 hours even with heavy duty sleeping pills.In an attempt to exchange or get satisfaction the company sent out the representative that makes excuses as to why they cannot honour their guarantee .And customer service is indifferent to any complaint offering a fifty percent off the next mattress purchase. One wonders how many customers just say "let's go somewhere that honours their guarantees. This is one pensioner that does not recommend SLEEP COUNTRY!
