Initially everything went great. The purchase and delivery went wonderfully. Even got our bed a day early. Unfortunately that is where the customer service and professionalism ended. When we were considering our purchase and were not sure which mattress to get the sales person told us we could go with the medium and with their 18 month guarantee if it is too hard or soft we could exchange it. This was the end of October 2017. August 2018 after trying and trying to soften what we had we decided that we needed a softer bed. It is now June 2019 and after MULTIPLE unreturned phone calls and messages and many empty promises we are now here. I normally find myself a very patient and forgiving person and I am now at the end. I believe I have been more than patient and accommodating. I am only writing this review because I do not think that there will be a good resolution to this. I am very disappointed in the lack of respect and communication. I caution anyone from doing business with them. I have many family members in the area and have warned them as well.
