We purchased a mattress from Sleep Central two years ago and suddenly the mattress went wrong. Called and spoke with Allen Harrell and he said no problem come in and pick out another mattress. They gave us all of the money back on the first mattress to go toward a new one. No questions asked. We picked out another mattress and they delivered it - NO DELIVERY CHARGE. Well after a week of sleeping on the new mattress we decided that it is too firm. Called and spoke with Allen again and he said that is no problem just pick out a different mattress. It was that easy. GREAT family business. You will never get this kind of service in a big box store. Thank you Sleep Central.
