Poor customer service. Bed was defective and had manufacturer warranty and Sit N Sleep won't replace. Ludicrous and they give you the run around again and again.
have had to call them numerous times and have had them inspect the defective bed. they all say yes we'll replace but then have an excuse at the last minute. don't get suckered into the trap.
