When my mattress had failed and I went back. Chattam and Wells had changed hands and I had no warranty. The guys at the Northridge store were great. They sent me to Tarzana to look and AirLoom. I will not return the Tarzana again. I was treated very poorly. I went back to Northridge and I am working with them on a new mattress.
