Not having purchased a new mattress in several decades, didn't really know what to expect. But turned out great. Our salesman Steve explained so much to us that we never knew about beds, sleeping positions, types of beds and what is best for certain type of people. It was eye-opening. We needed a bed for certain back pain and problems and he directed us to several styles that would be good for our back. There was no pressure to buy. He was great. We are looking forward to receiving the new bed tomorrow.
