Jennifer greeted me, shared their new system that helps to determine the type of bed you need, I informed her that I had a brand in mind. She escorted me over to the area, informed me of several selections, encouraged me to take my time and experience my selections. She was very personable, not at all pushy or over baring. It was a great experience
