DO NOT PURCHASE from Sit N Sleep. Go there to see what you want and purchase somewhere else where you have guaranteed customer service. We bought a Sealy foam bed with an adjustable base that didn't work from the time it was delivered. A technician said it was defective and we have been trying to have it returned for over a month. They are recalcitrant in their resolve and want me to please them rather than providing a replacement product. We are still insisting on returning the adjustable base to the manufacturer to be repaired and we want a replacement that works! They will not do that and insist on bringing people in to our bedroom to take it apart and try and replace the parts to fix it. Not acceptable for brand new product.

Purchased a $3,000 Aireloom mattress. When delivered, they would not take my old mattress - said it was too dirty!! Then when I said I would not be buying the bed, they tricked me by saying they would come back tomorrow and take the bed in order to get me to take the new bed!!! They had no intention of coming back!! THEY LIED TO ME FOR THE SALE!!! WILL NEVER BUY FROM SIT 'N SLEEP AGAIN!! WHAT NERVE!!!
