William Saiki did an exceptional job. He had our sleep position matched. He was very positive and upbeat. He didn’t push us on our purchase. Made sure the mattress we chose was the most comfortable and emphasized it’s not the price of the bed, but the comfort you feel. He showed us all the different types of mattresses and was informative on each. He definitely worked with our budget and we even got more than what we expected within the budget we had set. Felt well taken care of and satisfied with the purchases made. Highly recommend talking to William. He made my experience great by showing how much he cared for the customer and helped get me what I wanted and more.
