Walked in to check out beds, didn’t know what we wanted or needed and Karen set us up with the smart bed machine to test out. She then showed us beds within that fit, feel and our price range. She was helpful, wasn’t pushy and quoted us a discounted price with a mattress cover included. 2 months later, we decided to move forward with purchasing this bed. I worked with Rod this time who was also extremely helpful and even spoke to Karen in order to confirm and honor the previous discounted price she had quoted us at. They set up purchase and delivery and it was all easy and quick.
