Buying the mattress was easy, but trying to get it delivered to my home has been poor. Matthew has been apologizing for the two cancellations (so far) for the mattress. He has thrown in a few extras for the delay but it is still frustrating. A mattress is an expensive investment. We could have taken our business elsewhere but earlier in the year we looked around and we came across joe at sit n sleep and he made a good impression, that’s why when it was time to purchase we didn’t bother to look elsewhere. As far as delivery cancellations, my time is valuable, I work 6 days a week so it is hard to clear my schedule for delivery. I am hoping it won’t get cancelled a 3rd time! I know Matthew is trying his best, he has been nice in the process-but please don’t cancel a 3rd time!
