We purchased a mattress and after only 3 years it had an almost 2 inch dip in the middle. After going through a mattress inspection we were given a credit for a new mattress, but when it came time to deliver the delivery people inspect your old defective mattress before they will make the exchange. They claim to see a bogus stain and refuse delivery. I then get a call from Rosea saying I have to have the imaginary stain professionally cleaned and they will come to reinspect. She was very rude on the phone and I have a feeling the whole warranty is bogus. After looking online for a few minutes I have seen this same story more than once. Do not buy from them!
