Mark came right up and greeted us. He took us to a bed that you lay on, and it analyzes your weight, measurements, sleeping pattern. There is a short questionnaire. After that, he tells you what bed is the best for you. There are color dots on the beds, and whatever color you are, those are the beds that you go to. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. The whole thing was effortless. Fantastic customer service from Mark!
